I was able to get some assistance and advice on a bulb that had conflicting product numbers in the original packaging compared to the on line catalogs. Product shipped very quickly and I was able to install it with no issues at all. Cost was a little higher than some but the advice, warranty and quick delivery was ample compensation.

I've had the pleasure to deal with MyProjectorLamps to satisfy our lamp requirements for our global enterprise client fort a year now. On the very rare occasion I get a defective lamp, there are no issues in remedying the situation. I went onto the web site to look for a new projector bulb but alas, my projector was not listed online. The next day I phoned Myprojectorlamps and spoke with Arthur. Arthur quickly looked up my projector make and found the lamp number I needed. He ordered the lamp for me and it arrived by courior a week later. Arrival of lamp in inventory, shipping and delivery was super fast and on tume and emails of service provided all along the way. The courier delivered the lamp by 08:30 Am. I then tried to replace the lamp but it did not fit. I had 3 other people try to fit the new lamp inot the projector but it would not go. I called Arthur and he said he would replace the lamp for a new wone as some of the lamps are defective. Unfortunately he did not have a new lamp in stock, so he said he would order one and it would take one more week. I had already been 2 weeks without television now so this made it a longer wait. Arthur then suggested that I could bring the New lamp and the Old lamp down to him and he could exchange the New lamp on the new module onto the Old lamp on the old module. I brought the lamp donw down to him and he did just that and he gave me a credit as well. Fantastic. I came home and replaced the lamp and the projector worked fine. I can honestly say in todays economy it is hard to fine such great service. The gentlemen at Myprojectorlamps have helped me recently and in previous years before. An outstanding business that has my full support.

I've ordered from myprojector lamps 3 times now, the lamp has always arrived when they say it would. Have not had any problems with any of the product I have ordered. It is local in Calgary, AB, Canada for Canadians. I searched the internet for alternatives and have only found US sites which often do not deliver to Canada or charge an exorbitant fee for delivery.

There has been a mistake in the shipping concerning the cover of a cast iron pot. I planified to contact Deelat, but they contacted me before to advise concerning the shipping error. Everything has been corrected at their own expenses. So, this is a responsable company.

Shipping issues
When I ordered my lamp on the Canada site it said 4 to 6 days for shipping. I called in after 6 days and the said they had shipping issues etc...said I would get my lamp 4 days later so, 6 +4 more days (10 days total). I explained this to the clerk and after showing my dissapointment they offered expedited shiping for free so I could get it 1 day later (6+1). I finally got it 2 days later. This is the only situation. The clerk was awesome (Julio).

Good Cummunication and Service
The actual bulb was branded as Osram, so I'm happy with that, however the aftermarket plastic housing was made of a type of plastic that gave off a strong odour when it got hot. The odour was dissipating, but not fast enough so I used my original Panasonic lamp housing to correct this. The new lamp takes a about 20 seconds longer to reach it's full brightness then the original Panasonic lamp, but functions normally after that. So despite me having to change out the housing, (no big deal), I think this was the route to go, the original Panasonic lamp is around 500,00$ Canadian costing more then double then the Osram bulb. Of course this being a non Panasonic product you will not get a new filter for your projector, so this is something to keep in mind if you want a new filter. However with proper care the original filter can last indefinitely.

After searching at other online companies we finally found an OME lamp at myprojectorlamps and it works! We tried cheaper lamps but they would not work in our projector. When our projector bulb burned out we were trying to find a replacement from all sorts of suppliers in Canada and the US. One supplier actually suggested I try myprojectorlamps.ca as they are based in Calgary and could probably get it quicker. Little did I know their office was the next building over from ours! I chatted with the lady and she was very helpful - they even had our bulb in stock. Good experience in spite of defective lamp
I was very happy with my experience with the Calgary shop. Not only did I find the lamp I needed for my Toshiba 56-inch rear projection TV (significantly less expensive than elsewhere, I may add), but there were no problems obtaining a replacement when it was found to be defective.

Betting a new projector bulb is not and should not be rocket science. I have ordered a couple of bulb's from myprojectorlamps.ca and have had no difficulties. Give the model of the projector, order the bulb and pay with a credit card. The bulb arrives about a week later.

Bulb got lost in transit but Myprojectorlamps helped out.
I ordered a bulb for next day delivery via FedEx, but the bulb was lost. A week later it had not arrived so myprojectorlamps sent me a replacement, no extra charges. 2 days later the first bulb arrived, so I returned that one using a prepaid delivery mechanism, again courtesy myprojectorlamps. Definitely good customer service.

There was a minor delay in shipping, but their customer service department, quickly answered all my concerns, and ALWAYS responded to my emails in a timely manner. The bulb was indeed an OSRAM bulb, as advertised on their website. I did a bunch of research on bulbs and companies and picked them because I couldn't find really anything negative about them and their pricing wasn't the cheapest, but it's what I expected to have to pay for an original OSRAM bulb. Cheap bulbs blow. Spend the extra money!
